Processing

We work with processors that have the highest quality processing capacity of any independent facility in Virginia. The facilities is USDA inspected. We work with a wide range of producers, from direct marketers bringing in just a few animals, to larger operations with trailers full of animals. The fabrication area regularly handles cuts from full primals to portioned steaks and ground beef.  All products are vacuum sealed.
